- Use descriptive words and give qualitative, not quantitative information. We want you to present us with questions not answers. We may know more than one way to solve a problem.
- Don’t try to solve the problem, just express your desires, even if they seem impossible to attain.
- Pictures are worth a thousand words. Feel free to print the floor plan and draw your requests directly on the floor plan. Make a corresponding list explaining your requests. This process helps us at Sailer Design, LLC understand your requests to the fullest extent so we can provide you with the most accurate quote and assistance.
- Building the design in reverse? No problem! We can “flip” any home plan to suit your needs.
