Description
Foxdale is a four bedroom, four and two half bath home with a three car garage and generous storage and amenities. Enter through the covered front porch into the foyer, with double doors opening into the study. The attention to detail and practicality in this plan is immediately evident, as a coat closet and under stair storage provide a convenient place to put items away before entering the main living area, an open concept kitchen, family, and dining room. A large island with a sink, ample countertops and kitchen storage, and a generous pantry with a countertop are just some of the thoughtful details in the kitchen space.
The family room is home to a fireplace and built ins, with sliding doors opening onto the large rear covered porch. This area, one of three covered porches on this home, has a grill and a fireplace and creates a beautiful and spacious extra living area. This porch is also accessible from the primary suite. Through a hallway off of the family room, the garage entry and a covered friend’s entry both lead to a powder room, coat closet, vacuum storage, and a mud bench. A spacious laundry room has a sink, ample storage and countertops, a space for an extra refrigerator, and a unique and useful feature in a hidden door to the primary suite closet.
