Harper II

A variation to our popular Harper plan, Harper II is a flexible English Romantic design with 5 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths, a 3-car garage, and expansive outdoor living space. Entry from the covered front porch through double doors to the foyer shows off a view of the family room and spacious covered porch beyond. The open concept kitchen and family room boasts a large island, a dedicated dining area with three walls of windows, and a fireplace flanked by built ins. The hidden pantry is tucked into the cabinets and has ample storage space for dry foods and appliances. The large covered porch spans nearly the full back of the home, with space for relaxing around the fireplace, dining, and sipping morning coffee outside of the primary bedroom. Back inside, two doors open from the primary suite to the rear porch, and the primary space also boasts a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, a private toilet, and an expansive closet with an island. The laundry room connects to both the garage entry hallway as well as the primary closet. The friend’s entry is next to the right-facing garage doors, with a drop zone and the laundry room nearby.
