Description

The Hinckley Hills plan is a five bedroom, five bath home with three garage bays, endless storage options, and custom details everywhere you look.

Enter from the covered porch into the foyer, open to the dining room. The butler’s pantry connects to the open concept kitchen and living area, with a wine cooler and access to a large traditional pantry. In the kitchen, the in-sink island overlooks the family room fireplace. The rear of the home boasts walls of windows from the family room and the breakfast area, open to a spacious covered porch, perfect for a home with a view!

The first of two primary suites is quietly nestled behind the kitchen, with additional access to the covered porch. With his and hers toilets, a soaking tub, a dual entry shower, and his and hers closets (hers with an island and laundry room access), this master sanctuary is full of luxurious details. Conveniently located across from the master suite, the spacious laundry room is also accessible from the friend’s entry off of the porte-cochère as well as from the larger garage.

With a mud bench, island, and home office area, the laundry room is a well thought out activity hub with ample storage, and provides an easy organization space upon your entry and exit. The two car garage also has a spot for golf cart parking, and there is an additional one car garage across the porte-cochère. The guest suite is privately located off of the foyer at the front of the home, with a walk in closet and full bath.

Halfway up the stairs to the second level, a window seat is an inviting spot for reading or overlooking the property. Upstairs, you’ll find a luxurious second primary suite, with a sitting area, walk in closet, and full bath. Two additional bedrooms each have full bathrooms, walk in closets, and desk nooks. A bonus room with vaulted ceilings and a wet bar, a home theater, a large covered porch, and a walk in storage area complete the spacious second level.

The basement of Hinckley Hills is the perfect man cave or teen getaway. With a fireplace, rec room, built ins, and ample space for a sitting area as well as billiards or other entertainment options, and a full bath, your family and visitors will have privacy and room to spread out in this relaxing basement retreat. Ample walk in storage finishes out the basement space.

We’d love to modify our plan to meet your needs. Many of our plans already include future expandable space. While it is easier to increase the square footage of a plan than it is to eliminate square footage, some of our plans can be made smaller. Contact us with your request and for a quote for these changes. Personalize this Plan →

Yes, we can flip the plan to meet your needs. For example, if the plan has the garage on the right side, but you need the garage on the left, we can reverse it.

Building costs vary greatly by region. We suggest consulting with a local builder to provide a building cost estimate.

What's Not Included

Architectural and Engineering stamps

Some cities and states require a licensed architect or engineer to review and stamp a set of Construction Documents. If your local building department requires one, you will need to engage a local architect or engineer for review and stamping.

Site-specific foundation plan

The included foundation plan is meant to serve as a basic guide for a typical foundation and is not site or location-specific. Sailer Design LLC recommends that you have a local designer or licensed engineer to review the plans and provide a site-specific foundation plan as necessary.

Heating, plumbing and electrical plans

Due to variations in climate and building codes, these should be supplied by local contractors. We suggest you have a local electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, or builder provide these drawings as required for permits and construction.

Material quantity list

Once your personal selections are made (types of windows, doors, exterior materials, etc…) this list should be obtained from your contractor or local building materials supplier.

Material selections

Final material selections are the responsibility of you and your builder, including proper installation.

Construction Documents

Our home plan packages offer a complete design of our homes. However, due to the uniqueness of each building site, our Construction Documents are not fully engineered to meet the requirements of each local building code, specific regional conditions, and individual building site. The plans are intended to indicate design intent and basic construction detailing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained the proper professional assistance to provide standard construction details and practices, which will result in a structurally sound and weatherproofed finished product. Variations in standard sizes (i.e. windows and doors), thicknesses, types and uses of different materials can change details. Local codes, ordinances, regulations, foundation requirements, and the layout of mechanical, electrical and plumbing may also require changes to the details.
