Plan Details
The Hillview is a two-story Craftsman plan with a low roofline, lots of outdoor living areas, four bedrooms, four and a half baths, and a three-car garage.
The covered front porch offers space for sitting, and through double doors into the foyer, a sweeping staircase catches the eye. From the foyer, you can see through the home to the rear covered porch. A convenient coat closet and powder room are just off the expansive main living area. The open concept kitchen boasts a spacious pantry and a large island with a sink. The dining area has a wet bar and two walls of windows, overlooking the back porch and the terrace.
The family room has two sets of double doors opening to the rear covered porch, making for great entertaining flow. The family room fireplace is flanked by doors that lead to a spacious screened porch and a private study with views of both the front and side of the property. The large rear covered porch has a grill area and ample room for outdoor dining or an additional living area, and it connects to a spacious terrace, increasing the usable outdoor entertaining space even more.
The master bedroom is at the back of the home and opens through double doors to the terrace. This luxurious master suite is home to a spacious walk in shower, dual vanities, a private toilet, and large his and hers closets, hers with an island. A special feature tucked away in the master suite is an exercise room for privacy and quiet.
The inviting guest suite is at the front of the home and includes a private bath and walk in closet. The three-car side facing garage has a storage closet and a workbench. It opens into a drop zone with coat storage, a cleaning closet, and access to the laundry room.
Upstairs, a fun loft space has room for a sitting area that overlooks the foyer below. Two bedrooms each have a walk in closet and full bath, and a large bonus room provides plenty of space for a playroom or for entertaining family and friends. A large walk in unfinished storage area completes the second level of this beautiful and well-designed home.
